Our story

Started by three brokers with a shared passion

G3 Mortgages was set up by three mortgage brokers who shared a passion for helping clients who struggle to get a mortgage on their own. Between them they had seen too many people turned away by a high-street lender's automated decision and left assuming home ownership was off the table.

Since those early days the team has grown to include brokers based around the country, all of whom share that same focus on harder-to-place cases — while also handling plenty of straightforward first-time-buyer and remortgage business.

Whole of market — and the lenders you have never heard of

Being whole of market means we are not tied to one lender or a narrow panel. What really sets us apart is the relationships we have built with smaller, little-known lenders who specialise in niche areas of the market: complex income, unusual construction, equestrian land, several applicants on one mortgage, or an imperfect credit history.

Our clients range from first-time buyers taking their very first step to large portfolio landlords restructuring dozens of properties. We also advise on mortgage and life protection, so the home you have worked for stays protected.

We will always be straight with you about what we think is achievable. We cannot guarantee any lender will say yes — but we will do everything we can to find one that fits your circumstances.
